Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.

If you use the Services for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on that organisation’s behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in the jurisdictions that apply to you.

Access to some Services may require account registration, identity verification, manual approval or both.

Creating an account does not automatically entitle you to trial credits, paid credits, AI Audit access or any particular service level.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for protecting access to your email account, identity-provider account and authentication methods.

You must promptly notify CoreGen AI if you reasonably suspect unauthorised access to your account.

AI Search is a credit-based service. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable plan, one credit represents one question submitted to one selected AI engine. A single run may use one or more credits depending on the number of AI engines selected.

All R1 paid AI Search plans provide access to the same CoreGen AI intelligence features. Plans differ primarily by credit allocation, usage capacity and price.

Monthly subscription credits do not roll over. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the applicable billing period and the next billing period begins with the credit allocation for that plan.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable unless CoreGen AI expressly agrees otherwise, and may not be resold.

Where a user has more than one credit balance with different expiry dates, CoreGen AI may apply credits with the earliest expiry first.

Trial access is approval-based. Registration alone does not create an entitlement to trial credits.

Where approved, CoreGen AI may grant 5 trial credits or another amount stated in the relevant offer.

Trial credits may carry an expiry date communicated in the account, approval email or applicable offer. Credits with the earliest expiry are consumed first.

CoreGen AI may refuse, limit, suspend or withdraw trial access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, duplicate accounts, fraud, security issues or misuse of the Services.

Prices are stated in the currency displayed at the time of purchase or in the applicable quotation, proposal or invoice.

Where online payment is available, you may pay through the available payment method. Where online payment is unavailable or unsuitable, CoreGen AI may permit payment by manual invoice, bank transfer or another agreed method. Where requested, you must provide proof of payment or remittance information.

Paid access, credits or deliverables may be activated only after CoreGen AI confirms cleared or otherwise satisfactory payment.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, bank charges and payment-provider charges except to the extent the law requires CoreGen AI to bear them.

CoreGen AI may change prices for future billing periods or future purchases by giving reasonable notice. A price change does not retroactively alter a completed purchase.

You may cancel a recurring paid plan at any time. Unless otherwise stated in writing, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until that period ends.

Fees already paid are non-refundable and there is no proration or credit for unused time or unused credits, except where a refund, cancellation right or other remedy is required by applicable law or expressly agreed by CoreGen AI in writing.

At the end of the applicable billing period, unused monthly subscription credits expire and do not roll over.

AI Audit is a separate enterprise service and is not included in AI Search subscriptions unless expressly stated in writing.

An AI Audit may include digital-surface discovery, URL classification, machine-readiness assessment, citation analysis, data-void detection, priority-question testing, source and authority analysis, peer benchmarking, evidence review and a prioritised remediation roadmap, depending on the agreed scope.

The introductory USD 999 offer, where displayed or quoted, applies only to the standard scope stated at the time of engagement, such as one primary domain and a standard single-domain digital surface. Complex, multilingual, multi-domain, large-scale or otherwise unusual environments may require separate scoping and pricing.

Follow-up reviews, Day 30/60/90 measurements, quarterly re-audits, implementation services, remediation work and ongoing monitoring are separate engagements unless expressly included in the written scope.

AI Audit findings depend on the digital surface, sources, systems, models, prompts, access conditions and evidence available at the time of assessment. Results may change over time.

The Services use artificial intelligence, automated analysis, third-party information and publicly available sources. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, outdated, misleading or wrong.

AI systems may omit relevant information, misunderstand context, attribute information incorrectly, cite sources that later change or disappear, or produce conclusions that differ across engines or over time.

CoreGen AI does not warrant that any AI-generated statement, citation, score, classification, forecast, recommendation, source, URL or conclusion is accurate, complete, current or suitable for your purpose.

You are responsible for independently checking important facts, source material, dates, citations, financial information, legal information, regulatory information and other material before relying on an output or taking action.

You must apply appropriate human judgement and professional review where decisions may materially affect people, organisations, finances, reputation, legal rights, health, safety, employment, investments or regulatory compliance.

The Services provide information and analysis only. They do not provide legal, financial, investment, accounting, tax, medical, regulatory, compliance or other regulated professional advice.

Nothing in the Services is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or financial product, or to make any particular business, legal, employment, reputation, marketing or regulatory decision.

CoreGen AI does not guarantee AI citations, rankings, traffic, visibility, reputation improvement, search performance, revenue, investment returns, regulatory outcomes, competitive advantage or any other commercial result.

You should obtain qualified professional advice where appropriate before acting on material decisions.

The Services may interact with or display information from third-party AI systems, search services, websites, publishers, data providers and other external services.

CoreGen AI does not own or control third-party content and is not responsible for its availability, accuracy, legality, security, policies or continued existence.

Third-party results may change independently of CoreGen AI. A source or URL available at the time of a report may later be modified, moved, restricted or removed.

Use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

You retain your rights in information, prompts, questions, files, URLs and other material you lawfully provide to CoreGen AI ("User Content").

You grant CoreGen AI a limited licence to host, process, transmit, transform and use User Content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support and improve the Services and to comply with law.

You must not provide content that you do not have the right to use, or content whose processing would unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.

You should not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, national identity numbers, highly sensitive personal information, confidential trade secrets or other information that is unnecessary for the requested analysis.

You must not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, commit fraud, harass or threaten others, distribute malware, defeat access controls, interfere with the Services, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, scrape the Services at abusive scale, resell access without permission, or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to another user’s data.

You must not use the Services to make solely automated high-impact decisions about an individual where human review or additional safeguards are legally or ethically required.

CoreGen AI may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, third parties or the integrity of the Services.

CoreGen AI and its licensors retain all rights in the CoreGen AI platform, software, workflows, methodologies, prompts, models, templates, user interfaces, design systems, audit frameworks, documentation and other proprietary technology, except for third-party materials and User Content.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use reports and outputs generated for your account for your own internal business purposes and, where appropriate, for external business use, provided you do not misrepresent the source, remove proprietary notices where applicable, or unlawfully reproduce third-party copyrighted material contained in or linked from the output.

No ownership of the CoreGen AI platform or underlying methodologies is transferred to you.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, security events, internet conditions, cloud-provider issues, third-party provider outages or other events beyond CoreGen AI’s reasonable control.

CoreGen AI may modify, improve, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially disrupting paid users without notice where practicable.

Beta, preview, trial or experimental capabilities may change or be withdrawn without guarantee of continued availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CoreGen AI disclaims warranties, representations and conditions not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability and error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, condition, guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoreGen AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, reputation or data, arising from or relating to the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoreGen AI is not liable for decisions or actions taken in reliance on AI-generated outputs without appropriate independent verification, or for changes to third-party content, sources, rankings, models, websites or services outside CoreGen AI’s control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoreGen AI’s aggregate liability arising from or relating to a particular claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid to CoreGen AI for the specific Service giving rise to that claim during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If the claim relates to a one-time AI Audit, the cap will not exceed the amount actually paid for that AI Audit.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoreGen AI, its officers, employees and contractors from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or User Content that unlawfully infringes another person’s rights.

CoreGen AI may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful use, sanctions or legal requirements.

You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to the billing and cancellation terms above.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity and dispute provisions, will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law, the courts of Malaysia will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.

Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice and reasonable discussion.

CoreGen AI may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services, by email or by another reasonable method. The updated Terms will state a new effective date.

Your continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Where the law requires additional consent, CoreGen AI will request it.
